- Flights (except charter) are subject to a minimum of 2 people, or 2 paid for seats.
- Flights may have weight restrictions, which are at the discretion of the pilot in charge.
- Baggage allowance is limited and will be allocated on an individual basis. Only soft bags can be
carried.
- All flights are subject to weather, including sea landing and beach mooring conditions and are at the
discretion of the pilot in charge. While Air Taxi will use its best endeavour's to deliver
the tours advertised, we reserve the right to alter transport, route travelled, accommodation or services
provided for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to weather, aircraft or unserviceable equipment,
operational conditions or requirements. Air Taxi will not be responsible for any additional
expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations arising from this clause.
- Where Air Taxi does not operate a section of a tour, or directly provide a service
incorporated as part of the tour (hereinafter called 'tour inclusions') then the company shall not be
responsible for any loss, damage or injury occasioned to any person or property as a result of any such tour
inclusion undertaken during the tour whatsoever or howsoever the same may be caused whether as a result of
negligence or otherwise.
- Air Taxi can give no guarantee of exact times of arrival or departure of any service and will
not be liable for failure to make connections to other services.
- The company reserves the right to vary the price of any tour as a result of any significant increase in
fuel prices, or other related supplier tariffs. Written quotes are valid for sixty days.
- Passengers are reminded that all baggage and personal belongings are carried entirely at the passengers own
risk.
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without
notification.
- Cancellation Policy: Seaplane Scenic flights, Flights of Fire and Fly and Dine: 72 hours or
greater - no charge, 48-72 hours - 25% charge, 24-48 - 50%, less than 24 hours or no-show - 100% charge.
Charters or Seaplane Package Tours: 14 days or greater - no charge, 5-14 days 10%, 2-5 days - 50%,
less than 24 hours - 100%.
- In the event that unsafe weather conditions or unscheduled maintenance cause the cancellation of your
flight then there will be no charges billed to your card.
